does he really love me?

I have been in a relationship for the last two years. My boyfriend is very much interested in bodybuilding? He says that this is his passion and he can’t live without it. He said many times that he loves me but I have some concerns as I can always see him watching videos of women bodybuilders. I am trying to keep fit myself. He said many times that I am very attractive but why is he watching these women? I know that muscles turns him on and I am affraid that one day I will lose him to some girl who has got nice mascular body. What shall I do? I told him about all my concerns and he says that I am jealous and very narrow-minded. He even chats to those women on the internet! He promised me that he won’t do it again but I don’t know if he has stopped or not? Please tell me if this is me who is really too narrow-minded or am I just jealous about him. If yes how can I stop myself form being jealous?
