I am starting the gym tomorrow. Does anyone know any good diet plans, workout routine for……?

the week/month and a good protein shake to use. i am looking to bulk up and gain some muscle and have looked at so many bodybuilding sites etc but they are just confusing!! I simply want a monthly diet plan and workout routine to follow that i know is going to give results…any help is appreciated. thanks :-)

30% carbs, 30% fat, 40% protein.
