Bodybuilding Stretch Mark Cream

I have stretch marks from bodybuilding…..I was wondering if there is any surgery to repair my stretch marks?
I have tried allt he creams int he book NONE of them work
thinking of tattooing over them
anyone have any suggestions?
um i dont know but if you do surgery you will have scars
