how to use insulin in bodybuilding?

ok been using steroids for a little now and am thinking of using insulin to help my body build progress could anyone give a clear run down on how much and how to use safely

For a non-diabetic, taking any insulin is a highly dangerous practise, and will not help you to lose weight or gain muscle. Instead, what it will promise, is to send you into a vicious hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). The non-diabetic body keeps itself in a blood range of 4.0-7.0 mmol/L. That’s the safe range for any human. Usually a non-diabetic hovers around 5.7. If you take any insulin, you will go below 4.0, a low blood sugar. This low blood sugar will present the following symptoms:

-Shakiness
-Weakness
-Wobbly legs
-Sweatiness
-Hypothermia
-Vomiting
-Sleepiness
-Intense hunger!
-Vision impairment
-Depression

There are others, but those are the ones that will really nag you.

In addition, if you do not treat yourself with glucose, you will end up passing out, going into seizure, and coma, or death.

I must also add, once you go into severe low blood sugar, chances are, your liver will secrete what is called Glucagon, which is a natural hormone that will bring up your blood sugar a few millimoles. You will have to consume sugar, regardless. The glucose will bring your blood sugars up, and in addition, will cause a rebound, (your sugars will go high). This high will cause you to feel:

-Weak
-Sweaty
-Sleepy
-Docile
-Depressed
-Frequently urinating (seriously, every ten minutes or so)
-Thirsty as HELL!

All of this compiled together, will end your workout session, VERY quickly.

Not to mention, the workout, in the first place, will lower your blood sugars.

What you DO NOT need during a workout, is insulin, but extra protein, carbohydrates, and a BALANCED diet. Insulin’s role in the body is simply to

A) Unlock gate proteins (think of pores in the cell wall that needs insulin to open up) to allow sugar to enter

B) Help facilitate the movement of sugar.

Extra insulin = more sugar used, which means less in your blood, which will result in low blood sugar

Exercise = the burning of more sugar

Extra insulin + extra exercise + your body’s natural insulin = low blood sugar, coma, seizure, or death.

Sorry buddy, but extra insulin will not help you,
