cutting bodybuilding diet
Does this make sense? (Court building)?

so to lose weight bodybuilder my friend said not to take carbohydrates and proteins to upp when I cut. Now my diet cal-1500, carbohydrates and protein 250ishg around 100-150 new lime diet-1500, all of the protein im still having the same number of calories is not just any carbohydrates, so how will this work if it does?

if the same calories as her then its the same amount of energy that is put into your body, then make no difference, and probably will be less healthy, taking 1,500 calories a day will make you lose weight, especially if your exercing.

Bodybuilding Morning Cardio

bodybuilding morning cardio

Many people question whether or not they would benefit from performing empty stomach cardio on a regular basis. They might hear of others who are seeing really good results from it and start thinking that maybe they should start doing some empty stomach cardio as well.

Is this the case? Is this form of fat loss cardio really going to help take your results to the next level?

Or, are you just putting yourself through unnecessary torture?

Here are some of the main things to know about empty stomach cardio.

It’s All About The Calorie Burn

The first thing to realize is that much of the results you get with empty stomach cardio is due to the simple fact that you’re burning calories. As long as you were to take in the same amount of calories over the course of the day (so say you removed some calories from meals later in the day to make room for a pre-cardio snack), you will still lose the same amount of total body fat.

Fat loss is just about calorie balance, not necessarily when this calorie balance is created.

You Could Lose Muscle Mass

The second thing you need to think about is the fact that you could actually see a loss of lean muscle mass doing this type of cardio if you’re not careful.

When the body does not have enough energy coming in through the form of calories, it’s much more likely to start utilizing body tissues for fuel – in many cases, this tissue being your lean body mass.

This is a very bad thing and is only going to make further fat loss down the road more difficult. If nothing else, consider adding a small amount of protein before the session to provide your muscles with some amino acids.

Never Weight Train On An Empty Stomach

Finally, you also want to make extra sure that you are not weight training on an empty stomach. Some people will start doing cardio first on an empty stomach and then progress to doing weights as well.

Bad idea.

In order to successfully perform a weight lifting session, you need to have a readily available supply of glucose in the body and if you’re not eating beforehand, you won’t – end of story.
