How can i take control of my large appetite?

I am a 35 year old female with a big bone structure. I am 171cm tall and weigh 74kilos. I should weigh in at 70 kilos.
I am a hard worker as a cleaner, I do big physical work. I also am totally into bodybuilding.
My problem is that I have a very big appetite. I can put any bloke to shame. I don’t know what to do. I need to drop atleast 4kilos and no diet seems to be helping my urges from eating. It is causung me problems with my confidence.Once i eat, I want more…Picture Homer Simpson. What should I do? Please help.

I’m the exact same way, but still managed to lose a lot of weight. Eat 200 calories every two hours. Make sure it’s high in fiber and protein to keep you full. If you need more but had all your calories, make a huge salad with light dressing or hot sauce. Good luck, I know how hard it is.
