Bodybuilding Upper Chest Exercises

Building a thicker torso?
What kind of exercises I can do to thicken my upper body? I have pretty good build chest and back muscles, but due to limited depth in my chest i do not look as big as I could. I want answers from people with personal experience in bodybuilding, not someone send me links to websites that have me things i already know. Xiao Xiong ……. Thank you sir ..
If you are wanting a thicker torso, have to stop exercising. For starters, the return home from work, dropping in front of the TV and eat two Hungry Man dinners Follow up with a jar of butter Peanut, a six pack of beer and a pint of Ben & Jerry's. For breakfast, tour of the McDonalds drive-through and get a couple of cookies with bacon, eggs and a large Coke. Be sure not to skip lunch! Big Macs are always a rich source of goodness thickening torso. Follow this strictly and I guarantee scheme that within two weeks will have a thicker torso!
